I am very disappointed in the designers of jujube. I have her best friend who I really like, 2 Be Lights, 2 Be Sets, a keychain and 3 Paci Capsules. I feel like the designers really paid attention to details for the modern mom. what happened to this gorgeous backpack! I fell in love instantly with this black vegan leather mini backpack with rose gold hardware. It is sooo beautiful! This bag had everything I was looking for. I love its size and how thin it is. I wanted to use this when my kids are younger and older. I decided to use it during a test drive to the grocery store. I'm so glad I did! The straps didn't stay the length I adjusted them to. It kept sliding. If it was an unknown brand bag I would buy something to keep the straps from slipping, but it's jam. They are usually so good at solving everyday problems like this. I made a video of how easy it is for a nylon strap to just slip through the buckle. I hope I got a defective bag and the buckles were not used correctly. The ribbed side of the buckle was behind the straps, while the smooth side faced them. That's why he kept slipping. I really hope it is defective and not overlooked by the designers. I was willing to deal with fewer pockets and a smaller bag size, but not permanently adjustable shoulder straps. My heart sank as I put it in the box and started the return process. My search for a black leather bag with rose gold hardware continues.
