I can store and carry all my diabetic supplies and medications in one compact bag. Glucose meter, lance, test strips, alcohol wipes, insulin pens (2) needles, spare lance needles, storage space for used needles. If you need to go everything in bag one day or a week. Very pleased with this item. This is not however a cold storage container, but not a requirement I need.
