It provides an excellent way to gather data about our clients' brands in real time - something we didn't have access too before using this tool! They do great work with their support team as well; they are always willing t help when I need it most which really makes me feel like my requests for updates/fixes will be met promptly!! If there were more ways of exporting or sharing client-specific reports outside PM than just via email then maybe these could become some sort customisable features? But other aspects seem relatively easy enough so far :) We can now easily keep up side by sid ewith all current news relating to specific areas without having multiple accounts / tools etc.- also being able from one place get insight into how each market sector impacts us overall over different key metrics such likes impressions views reach across platforms.
