I heard that testing products is nice. As it stands, the makers of these clippers either didn't test the product, didn't care that it didn't do what it was supposed to, or they had such sloppy manufacturing tolerances that you're lucky if it all works. away from the cutting blades (3mm) which unless you trim your nails to 1/4 inch there is little chance of sticking with the pliers. These things catch nail clippings as well as butterflies (ever seen?). This "nail trap" nail trimmer does NOT work as advertised. Don't waste time and money. Standard wire cutters are just as thin.
