High level of detail - more of a collector's item than a child's toy.

A very detailed article. It is more of a collectible toy than a child's toy. The amount of detail was unexpected but justifies the price. Kids will love playing with it; However, as others have noted, the companion pieces are small. If you are buying this for a child I would consider letting younger children play with the ambulance and leaving the small parts until they are older. Small pieces are not something for a small child or toddler to play with.
