I have LOTS of earrings and have tried different ways to store them: hanging shelves (cats love them), jewelry boxes (where's the other earring?), and divided shelves that should fit in a dresser drawer. - If you have empty dresser drawers (who could?) this suitcase is the best mousetrap of storage systems. 1. It is durable 2. Earrings can be seen through the glass. 3. The case protects the interior from dust, 4. It can hold dangly, clip-on and stud earrings, and 5. It can stand (and stack too!) securely on a table or dresser. But that's not the case. Perfect! 1. the back row is so close to the frame of the box that you cannot reach it if the back falls off, 2. the distance from row to row is not enough to allow the earring (hanging earring) to lie under the scoreboard. As a result, the ear hooks "buckle" and do not fit exactly into the slot. It doesn't matter much, but it makes the earring less safe to cut, and 3. If you have wide, chunky earrings, you can't put 32 earrings in a box because they take up too much space. Overall I still think it's a pretty good deal and I'll be buying two more! And I like the color!
