Don't buy this. in brushes
I bought this brush to hold on the sink to peel potatoes. After a few days, the wood on the brush turned black. I left the brush bristles on the sink to dry properly as I have other bamboo items in my kitchen and I know not to put them in the dishwasher and let them dry. I informed the company about the black bamboo (which later split) and they offered to replace it, but that was over 3 months ago. I can't leave a brush lying around to use on blackened and cracked food. Don't buy this.
