Don't know. I hate those stupid pins. I've been hitting her for an hour now. I don't have a 1 x 4. Instructions are wrong. Lid is not facing forward or backward. The bottom should be in the correct position, so check that (Some reviews say their side is listed face down, mine isn't.) The hinges are actually on the back of the base. The lid really only fits one way and the pins do NOT go through. I'm so fed up with this business. I've been at it for 90 minutes and I'm over it. You'd think a plastic box would fit a little better than this one. Now I have a crappy box with no lid and I'm tired of trying 50 ways to get through those loops. Pooh.
