I like the interface of the site it's very simple to use and navigate through. The website has a lot of resources for both employers and employees. Some of them are free but some are paid. A couple of the resources I didn't understand how they work or what their purpose was so I had to look up more information about them. If you're looking for a place to create your own career portal then this may be the right fit for you. If you want to have a central location where you can post jobs and help connect employees to potential employers this is a great way to do that. There are many benefits to using this service. It allows me to make my job search much easier and helps connect me with employers who I may not otherwise find.
