This butt set is meant to have every possible function and absolutely none of the functions work as they should. The speakerphone doesn't work at all, the redial button doesn't really redial. You have to press another button on his butt to make him redial the number. It looks well built and solid from the outside, but the features just don't work as they should. In addition to my disappointment with the product, I also faced a major issue when attempting to return this stupid thing to the seller. I had to fill out an AZ application and whatnot and even after that I finally contacted the seller and they tell me that they need to get authorization to send me a return label and they will email me or call me and I still haven't received an answer from them. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience of this purchase and really hope AMAZON will drop this seller.
