Ok I was concerned after reading all the reviews. I was concerned about the quality of the mop and the fasteners. I should not have done that. The material is very nice, cleans well, easy to clean, thick and takes care of all the crap on my floors. I bought two so I always have a clean mop head. The latches are plastic but snap on the head very easily and disengage easily but stay on the head for the duration of my swipe. The old metal fasteners were very difficult to get rid of. I strongly recommend you to buy these pugs. I make my living as a hairstylist and know a great product when I find it. I have had my original mop for over TEN years. I hope to have it at least TEN more.
