Our diabetic cat refuses to eat or drink when she has a sugar problem. He's getting to the point where he needs a visit to the vet or an overnight stay. Getting him to eat is important to keep his sugar levels up. I bought it after reading the reviews and didn't have high expectations. When the package arrived I quickly opened it and gave it to the cat. He looked at me like, "What now?" As soon as he smelled him, he let out a loud Miii and his dead eyes lit up. He ate and licked the plate clean. He didn't vomit afterwards. I was surprised. These little bowls are perfect for snacking on so he doesn't feel gluttonous. There is plenty of liquid to keep the sick cat hydrated and enough fish to eat but not too much for the sick cat to throw up. Will order again and recommend for diabetic cats.
