I have 3 different types of curls and was looking for something cute to wear around the house while protecting my hair from tugging and snarling at night. That's all! All of my hair (up to mid-back) is styled with no problems and the headband is comfortable. My head was a little warm, but not hot. I would recommend this to a woman who needs hair protection as well as religious women looking for a cute/comfortable alternative to oversized knotted scarves and shawls.
