Excellent purchase! - my new rating
I ordered size 12-18 months for our 11 month old and it was a bit big but not oversized. We rolled up the sleeves and the way they were sewn together looked like they were meant to have cuffs. It is a soft material, light and medium weight. Beautiful vibrant colors add to what we love about this jacket. Be sure to buy.
