Good without oil. The problem is that you use a lot of waterproof mascara on your face and eyes that won't come off without a thorough exfoliation!
Works but not on waterproof or long-wear mascara. I like them for my cheap non-waterproof mascara. They are good because they don't cloud your vision when you wear contact lenses. Other oily products leave a film on your eyes or contact lenses, which is a hassle as you now have to cleanse and blot your eyes with eye drops. What a problem. Can anyone make an eye makeup remover pad that removes waterproof mascara with no oil in the ingredients? Only works for the face, but you'll use quite a bit to get the whole face.
