It was packaged in a protective cardboard box inside a bubble envelope and inside was a company greeting card with instructions on how to register the unit for the warranty and how to contact the company if needed. My project is on the road again and the power cord is working very well. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the entire deal, especially because of Revain's commitment to bringing small and medium sized businesses into a market that might not otherwise have a voice.
