The size approached, but the material did not live up to expectations.
My daughter liked the dress but I wasn't impressed. The material is very coarse. The tulle is not soft at all. If you want it to be fuller, I suggest getting a crinoline. I expected it to be softer and better quality. It worked well for her dance and would be perfect for an elegant dress. I gave 3 stars because the picture doesn't match the picture and the quality is bad.
