Great skirt by Star Vixen.
I love the accessibility and versatility of the Star Vixen brand, I have ordered 3 of these skirts in different colours. The material is lightweight and doesn't wrinkle when I put it in my suitcase. I'm hesitating between sizes of this particular item so XL and 1x work great for me. I'm just looking for something at a special price. The waist ring is purely decorative unless I can see how to use it for customization. Overall this is a great addition to my wardrobe.
