The post is too big!
I bought these earrings for my daughter because she has metal sensitivity with traditional earrings. We enjoyed trying them. But the post was ridiculously thick! It stretched her piercing and I couldn't get it in and I didn't want to hurt her. I'm not sure of the actual size, I just know that they are much larger than a regular earring.
