Very loud, no volume control. My husband decided to build a big greenhouse last Spring. We were very excited to grow our own vegetables so I went and bought a ton of seeds and started my own plants. We got some grow lights from a friend and installed them quickly. Only half the seeds germinated and it felt like the ones that lived, took quite a while to get to flowering maturity. The motor ran out within a month, (yes we had it filled with water, it did not out) What I did like about it was that it was clear it snapped into place so that prevented my cat from knocking it over because he likes to knock over all of the water fountains we've bought so far this one he was not able to knock over. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the quality of this hat. I have none of the issues that others have described. The fur is beautiful. Thick, and no shedding at all. This product has made a huge difference in my Pug he is moving around like he's years younger. I got a large because while not overweight I do have a larger frame with a small chest (36A). This was tight around the ribs and baggy on the chest. I read a review of a large chested person who claimed the neck sat oddly so I thought it wouldn't apply to me, but I had this problem as well.
