pics are great everything is great too but when you call the phone number and they are offline and you can't get help when you need it and NO PARTS I me have problems with hard drive, it is locked and NO HELP. 4 different phone numbers when answering 1 number says Christmas vacation I paid $299.00 for security cameras and I will lose $32.85 and I have 7 days to return them so I can receive my return. You would think they had security system parts, not a happy camper. The only good thing was the woman who helped me get my money back
