I found these at the local pharmacy but I don't think enough people bought them because they are out of stock. They also come in a larger size which is too large for me. They are very good for sucking food out of the interdental spaces. One reviewer said they break too easily. I've found several in the same packaging that break very easily, but I guess that's rare. I can usually brush with one between most teeth. I find it very difficult to floss as my teeth are very close together at the top and the floss cuts very easily and even pieces of floss get stuck and difficult to pull out.
