The cartridge was fine for a while, then it started printing light and dark pages. I decided I was out of ink, switched to a second cartridge and the quality was terrible and the print wasn't much better. It got better after a few prints, but the ink was so smudged. It was very bad to print an address label with a barcode. I'm surprised it was readable. I also noticed excess ink in the cartridge area. Being xxl it should also last much longer than 6 months. The original XL brand lasted me 2 years! So I actually only paid 4 times the price. After that, nothing for me but original cartridges.
