The most useful aspect of the program is that we do not have to go into each one of our calendars to check if it has been already booked or not. Our staff can simply choose "MyCalendarJobs" from the home page of the system and select all those who wish.It saves me time since I don't need to look in many different places to make sure everything I am looking at hasn't rung through this date yet or isn't scheduled. It helps me keep track of what people are scheduled with others and also when something needs to be changed due to another event coming about. The ease of use in scheduling hearings is very helpful when you have many cases going at once. It can be difficult sometimes if there are multiple parties involved with different schedules or dates that they need to hear from the court. I would like it better if we could schedule more than one hearing date at a time but this isn't an issue most people will encounter. We were having problems keeping track of our calendars so using Jacs was easy and made things much easier!
