I like that it is very simple to use, as well has providing us with payroll for our business needs at no cost! The reporting could be more thorough but so far this system seems easy enought in getting most of what we need out there quickly without too many issues or errors once things are set up correctly initially (easy setup). It's not quite perfect yet since some companies don't have all their data available from previous systems - however they've been quick about responding when asked questions by customers who want assistance moving over/from other solutions before implementing into an actual solution using bmsiHRPY platform- great support team!! We used multiple HR software platforms prior; none were able fix problems fast nor give reports easily within each department where needed. This was fixed right away upon implementation.
