I need this cable to connect my work laptop to a second monitor when I'm working from home. The cable feels very durable and isn't rubberized so you don't have to worry about it breaking and exposing the wires. The cable also came with caps to cover the male ends of the cable. So if you want to put it away, you don't have to worry about dust collecting inside. Overall I would recommend, especially for the price.
