Shortly after receiving my wristbands I wrote a positive review based on the looks and ease of installation. I chose a flexible tape with a magnet. But after wearing it for about 2 weeks, I found that the magnet lost its magnetic power, causing the band on my wrist to weaken or come off completely. I will try another strap which was my second. Selection. After I posted this complaint, Cuckoo Trading contacted me with an apology and immediately sent me a full replacement. I've been using the new replacement for a few weeks with no complaints. Excellent customer service and great product.
