Review on ViewSonic VG2860MHL 4K Ergonomic Monitor with DisplayPort, HDMI, HD, LCD - ‎3840X2160P Resolution, VG2860MHL-4K by Andre Staton

This stunning monitor features all types of HD inputs including HDMI, MHL, Display Port and DVI. Unfortunately, I have at least one computer that only has a VGA output. Of course, this computer cannot drive the monitor at the highest resolution of the monitor, but even at a lower resolution, the picture is still excellent. However, connecting my computer's VGA output to the HD monitor inputs required a special adapter that is not available at any local electronics store. Come back to help! After buying an active VGA-HDMI connector, which includes a USB input for power and a connector for connecting the monitor's speakers to the computer's audio output, the monitor immediately lit up and the picture was large. The audio is just okay, but that's to be expected from the monitor's small speakers. Apparently, some reviewers had issues with the color of the display. I have compared the color on this display to three other monitors and the color seems good to me. I tweaked the color settings a bit to see if I could "improve" the color, but ended up at the beginning. If there is a color problem, I can't find it. I really like the size of this monitor. It's big enough that I could put two documents on it side by side, and both were easy to read. Photos are fun and videos are like television. Now if all my computers had an HDMI or similar output I would be in great shape. Enjoy!
