Review on HotelSpa® Collection High Fashion Extra Large 7 Setting by Darcy Rud

I bought this shower about 1 1/2 months ago. I wasn't thrilled with it at the time and thought about bringing it back. Since there were too many other things going on at the time I figured I'd take better care of it than taking it apart and sending it back. I threw away the packaging and have regretted that decision ever since. Anyway, I've had enough today. I took it apart, bought a replacement from Home Depot and threw the thing away. The shower head is very heavy. Every time you try to raise it so that the water is directed towards the center or the back of the shower, it will slowly lower back down and the water will splash straight down. Our shower has a built in seat/shelf and without the ability to tilt this thing, the water pointing straight down ends up in our shampoo bottles and not in me. The pressure wasn't great either - much less than the cheaper one I replaced. In addition, the spray was not very wide. It's garbage. I'm very upset that I didn't return it, I wasted my money, don't waste yours! BTW, the one I replaced it with is MILES better.
