Not the best, but not the worst either. I found it easy enough to install (no tools required) and it looks great with a glossy finish. I'm not entirely happy with the settings. I find 6 of these too soft, light, barely noticeable trickles or splashes. The seventh is so hard, and with such a direct jet, it's good for washing the bath but impractical for the shower. I received my shower head quickly and when I unpacked it it looked like I had received a used one as it was already watermarked (see photo) . However, I installed it and it was easy. Everything works as described with 7 different settings but they don't seem to apply much pressure. Normal only 2 settings; one so powerful it can only be used to clean the shower. Installation was a big problem because it didn't seem to want to stay tight - no part of it, even with tools and tape. Installed and used for a month. It appears to be a quality product. Took out the water reduction o-ring and it works fine depending on the water pressure. I love the hose that comes with the shower head. The hose is very soft and flexible, if a little short for washing my dog, but I still like it.
