Not like in the photo!

Pictures and description do NOT match what you will receive when you order. Black is good BUT gray is an ugly taupe and pink is a terrible skin tone. It should be advertised in nude and taupe, NOT pink and gray. UGLY! UGLY! I would return the product but I needed a new black strap. I will look for colors to order from another manufacturer. I am absolutely dissatisfied with two of the three groups. I only gave 2 stars for the black bar.
