I really thought I wanted an aluminum trolley to replace my old one because I was replacing it because it was rusting. However, the material does seem to limit the design of aluminum caddies somewhat, as this one and all others I've seen since suffer from the same functional limitations. They don't have enough room for things like the handy razor loops on my old one, or the kinked holes on the top shelves to flip the bottle, which you can't find on aluminum. Also, they all have the bars too far apart, too low for even a new bar of soap to fall out, and nothing at all in front for it to fall out after I put the soap dish in the middle. Shelf so it doesn't fall through the floor. Finally, something that seems to be just a design decision with this cart that I disagree with seems that the top shelf is too high. There's still not enough space between the top and middle shelves for tall items, and everything on the top shelf, including the shelf itself, gets in the way of the shower pipe and hose. the old one, which was smaller.
