At first I liked the idea of using a mouse on the PS3, but I soon realized it wasn't going to be that easy like a product trying to do it. Main problems: 1. It doesn't work with wireless accessories! This works for some, but not all. Their forums have a list of what works, but it's not extensive.2. The required software will not work on a 64-bit operating system. I'm not sure about the poppy. I believe that in the future it will work on the 64-bit version, but at the moment it doesn't work. You can workaround this with a virtual machine or other workarounds, but I don't think it's worth it at this point. HD screens, even 720p, fall behind. There may not be any lag on a low-resolution screen, but the higher the screen resolution, the greater the lag. It's not that bad, but like any FPS mouse lag, it can be detrimental to gameplay.4. It is much work. It took me hours to get this thing to work like a mouse. It's getting closer, but it's not perfect yet. If you think about it, the movements still look like you're moving a giant analog stick. Conclusion: OK, it works. After a lot of tweaking and tweaking, it mostly works, but I ended up returning mine because it wasn't worth the $50 I paid for it. It lasts a long time with little payback. While it seems possible to get it reasonably accurate, every game you play is different and requires a new set of settings, maps, and settings. I would only recommend this to those who just can't stand the PS3 controller and have plenty of time to perfect it. but like any FPS mouse lag, it can have a detrimental effect on gameplay.4.
