It was supposed to work with Windows 7, 8, and 10. It works fine with Windows 10, but it does NOT work with Windows 7, which was the reason I needed this one.For Xbox and Windows 10 it was plug and play, worked fine. However, the sound was not great.I have tried several generic controllers by this brand, as well as comparable brands, and they don't last long. Easy to sync, very responsive, has all the jack inputs, and the light is actually blue. For game play, I can’t tell the difference with this compared to OEM original. All this jacks inputs are tight and not scratchy, secure connection. Even though my cell phone make the light look white, it is actually blue. This controller is perfectly fine. I had no issues using it as a PC controller, and all of it worked as expected. The build quality seems decent, the buttons all function well, and overall it's a good product.The largest hurdle that this controller has is that there's really no reason for it to exist. Works great! That includes all buttons and functions. Wasn’t expecting the great quality with it being a different brand but it works super well if not better than the original xbox controller. Headphone jack works as well! Overall, great feel , great performance, great look and a great product

This is a basic controller that works well. Nothing fancy about it but value is good and teenager uses it and says he likes it

After installing the USB driver, you can connect and use the wireless controller.I use this controller to play FORTNITE.When you are shot, the controller will vibrate, very realistic.

My husband so far gives this controller a thumbs up, he says that the buttons aren't tight they are easy to control. It charges well, and also makes agood use of the rechargeable batteries.

This is a great controller! It is very comparable to a regular Xbox one controller, but I would say it is even faster. I like the blue color, it makes it distinguishable from my roommate's controllers which is nice. Overall I'm a big fan of this controller!

This controller really looks and feels 100% like the Microsoft controller, with the only thing giving it away is that it doesn't show the X on the Xbox logo and instead renders a home icon on that button. My son has been needing another controller, especially when his friends come over. They can be pricey and some that are off-brand don't sync properly with the xbox. This one works great with no lag. The color makes it a little extra special. My son loves it and has found it comfortable and ergonomic to use. It's a good value!

Horrible product. The controller kept disconnecting during game play and the left joy stick is already loose. I only used it 3 times. Sending it back for a refund! I was trying to save some money by buying this brand. Don't waste your money, just go with Microsoft.

Well packaged. I like that the control sticks were protected. Generic box, no licensing for the X logo so there's a home logo instead. Regular battery door, nothing rechargeable, but a standard charge pack fits in perfectly. Generally cheap feeling, from the shell to the buttons to the D-pad.
