Rock About my amateur friends RB

Definitely a fun addition to our RB3. We played RB 2 YEARS and eventually progressed to 3 (years after it came out lol) but we love the fact you can play 4+ now. Also, I was worried about someone trying to play ALL the keys. It can be difficult, but obviously not impossible if you practice. BUT. In normal mode you only use 5 buttons, so yes, only 1 hand. It's great and we love it. Rock it!

Pretty cool. for PlayStation 3

I have to work a bit to get what I want; When using it next to my desk I didn't want the leg sticking out so I flipped it over. and (almost) perfect. I wish the front leg was shorter (but I'm pretty sure that's the 'necessary' length to keep the stance balanced). and super glue the center support beam to the post (so it's less far back). I still need a way to hold the keyboard a little better. but overall great and I'm happy (CME xKey 37 keyboard).

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it is written

It's good. - PlayStation Systems

It perfectly holds the Rock Band 3 keyboard and prevents it from slipping. The stand has a decent range of height positions to choose from, so you won't have as much cramping as if you were playing with the keyboard on your lap. The frame feels stable and doesn't wobble too much. My only complaint is that it doesn't stack at all. If you want to put it away, you'll either have to take it apart or deal with its bulkiness. It should fit similarly sized keyboards if you're looking for a cheap…

Works great with other small keyboards.

I bought this stand to use with the M-Audio Axiom 25 midi keyboard. This stand is much sturdier than I expected. It's made for a cheap plastic 'toy', but it's been rebuilt (in a good way) for its purpose. After bending the center tongue, it holds my axiom pretty well. It certainly works well enough for the home user/studio use. I'm very happy with the risk I took in purchasing it and would recommend it to anyone who wants a reasonably priced but very well made 25 key stand. If you're planning…

Fits Korg Microkorg

I bought this hoping it would fit MicroKorg so I wouldn't have to buy the more expensive and bulky X keyboard frame. I was hoping for the Korg to fit snugly between the back and the two fronts, but I was able to use the upward-sloping back to tilt the keyboard into the front two arms while remaining reasonably stable. It's surprisingly as stable as you'd expect from a standard keyboard stand. There is a height adjustment, which is very convenient. On the highest settings it works well for me…

Pros
  • Handy item

Great keyboard addition.

I'm not a keyboard player so I have no way (or patient) to figure out how the hell you use a rock band keyboard without looking at the keys; ) This review is not about the keyboard, but about the stand. The stand is quick to set up. I've had it for over a year and it's a great addition to a rock band keyboard. At the highest setting, it puts the keyboard at a comfortable playing height (for reference, I'm about 5ft 9in) when you're standing (which I like). The buttons in the middle make it easy

Essential for Rock Band 3 Keyboard

The Rock Band 3 keyboard is a great addition to a great game. However, unlike guitars, the keyboard is difficult to play just by holding it in your hands. Until I bought this stand I was trying to play the keyboard either on a coffee table or on my lap. In both cases, it was difficult to place your hands properly on the keys and the keyboard wasn't stable enough on the lap. The stand consists of metal parts with plastic plugs on the corners. The kit includes all the screws, washers and nuts and

6ft 2in player - the stand works great!

This stand is solidly built to protect your back while playing keytars. In any case, the arms should be slightly arched when playing correctly. I play in pro mode for hours and feel great. No complaints except that they sent an extra 'short' screw when there should have been a 'long' one. No problem, it still rolls great - it just took a bit of effort to get it working. expand to its full length and require you to press the release button to lower it back down. This can be a feature - you start

Refurbished Keyboard Stand

I was expecting something like a cheap metal music stand with thin triangular legs that sway when the wind blows. Has a thick black powder coating. It's fixed and height adjustable, and again it's built with that extra strength. Instead of a simple pin that you pull out to adjust, there's a spring-loaded knob here. The legs are placed in the letter T and sit on the floor for the entire length. There aren't "three tiny dots on the floor" like a music stand. It also has rubber feet and pipe end…
