I'm not a keyboard player so I have no way (or patient) to figure out how the hell you use a rock band keyboard without looking at the keys; ) This review is not about the keyboard, but about the stand. The stand is quick to set up. I've had it for over a year and it's a great addition to a rock band keyboard. At the highest setting, it puts the keyboard at a comfortable playing height (for reference, I'm about 5ft 9in) when you're standing (which I like). The buttons in the middle make it easy to change the height for other users. Physically, the stand can withstand repeated use. The black matt surface does not scratch. Rubber feet protect hard floors, while the padding on top protects the surface of your gear. The stand also fits well behind furniture or in the corner of a room when you lower it to its lowest setting. The corner of the stand is also at the right angle, allowing for perfect support of the instrument whether sitting or standing. A note: When assembling the device, make sure the bottom faces the other. Direction. As shown in the picture, the stand will rock when playing. With the horizontal bar down in front of your toes, the machine will be much more stable when you're swinging hard.
