Review on 🎹 Rock Band 3 Keyboard Stand - Compatible with Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii by Malik Munns

The Rock Band 3 keyboard is a great addition to a great game. However, unlike guitars, the keyboard is difficult to play just by holding it in your hands. Until I bought this stand I was trying to play the keyboard either on a coffee table or on my lap. In both cases, it was difficult to place your hands properly on the keys and the keyboard wasn't stable enough on the lap. The stand consists of metal parts with plastic plugs on the corners. The kit includes all the screws, washers and nuts and a small wrench you will need for assembly. Assembly instructions are sparse (there is only one picture), but assembly is still fairly easy and the parts only fit together one way. I believe it took me about 10 minutes to assemble. The keyboard stand solves stability issues and allows you to rest your hands on the keyboard comfortably. The base of the stand is wide enough to stand stably on carpets, even if you get stuck often. Once assembled, the keyboard fits snugly and doesn't dangle much. This creates an infinitely more stable platform compared to kneeling or a coffee table. The keyboard stand also has a knob with holes for height adjustment. When fully extended, you can play the keyboard while standing. The stand also folds down low enough for the keyboard to be played on the couch. This is a five star product. If you have or are planning to buy a Rockband 3: You should consider purchasing this stand if you are also getting a Rockband 3 keyboard.
