I am giving this product one star because it is impossible to give it "0" stars! This is an awful product! Don't even think about buying that. I bought it for office phones and when I plugged it in, horror horror horror! there was static electricity. I tried it on multiple phones to make sure it wasn't an office line or a real phone and it was the same horrible glitch! I tried both cables that came in the box to see if either of them were defective, but both cables created the same static build up in the phone! My RCN phones. So DO NOT BUY THIS DEFECTIVE ITEM!
