I used this Brooks adapter with my 8BitDo wireless arcade joystick connected to my PS4. This adapter works surprisingly well. So far I haven't noticed any lag and I'm playing Virtua Fighter 5 on PS4. It was a bit confusing to set up at first, but all you have to do is plug it into your PS4 via USB, then press and hold both buttons on the Brooks adapter until it flashes. I then went to my 8BitDo Arcade Stick, put it in Nintendo Switch mode and pressed the Bluetooth pairing button. When the controller is connected, the indicators on the Brooks adapter will light up.
