The way they have organized their services, both in India as well as internationally.The expertise across all testing platforms has been helpful for our organization with respect to QA related matters, which is of utmost importance because we work primarily within the healthcare domain where patient safety comes first! No specific problems noted at this time but I am sure there are many other issues being addressed by us right now via inbound calls from clients or otherwise through emails/communication channels like WhatsApp etc., so it's only a matter of time before such needs arise once again :) In general, very good experience so far.

Good knowledge about what can be provided (and not provided) given one particular service package and how much does each thing cost depending upon the duration / number of people involved. Very open minded approach towards customization - nothing off limits whatsoever if any need arises during project execution period.
