Diagnosing problems with the car helped
Item arrived on time and in good condition. Work on request. However, there are problems reading some VINs, so they have to be entered manually. Otherwise everything works perfectly. Did a great job diagnosing problems with my car. Offers lots of information. For example, helping determine what caused a 2006 Ford exit door alarm light to turn on and off. Was able to fix after the scanner indicated which door had the problem. Found a faulty ABS sensor on a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. So far I have been satisfied with the product.
