I use it sacred for work. The straps were long but I cut them off where the velcro ends. They give me enough support and protect my wrist. I have tendonitis and am very glad I bought these because they just make my life easier without having to worry about protecting my wrists. It is very comfortable and does not allow the wrist to bend due to the strong splint.
