Out of the box, the workmanship of this product did not meet our expectations. The anchor bolt on the forecastle was misaligned and not even screwed into the hole provided as shown in the picture. Instead, it was drilled into the plastic next to the hole. This made assembling the scooter handle extremely difficult. I wish there was a way to get at least a partial refund without having to return everything. Update: Even before my daughter got on this scooter, the non-slip troll footprint on the scooter started bubbling. After 10 minutes of use it started to peel off.
