I think it's great!
Just received today. I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews, but honestly I think it's perfect. The handle holds up well. You press a button to raise and lower your legs. The material is thick and durable. I even sat on it to see how it was handling my weight and it didn't bother me. Standing on it while I type this (yeah, I painted my toes haha). It's going to be a long flight and I wish I could raise my legs and not have to sit all the time! Hope the pictures help.
