Completely satisfied with this product. I don't have a towel rail so I was dying to have one, but I rent one so I don't need anything that would be difficult to install and then have to dismantle. My walls aren't smooth enough to use suction, so the 3M discs worked great. It says you have to redo the suction cups every month, that's how long it took me. I waited for the pull to subside. One side came loose after a month and the other side hadn't come loose yet so the pole didn't fall to the ground. And it only slipped a little, so it wasn't all the way down. The product itself looks shiny and very beautiful. What struck me the most was how aesthetically pleasing it is. Looks like a regular towel rail. These discs are also easy to install. You just have to make sure they line up evenly. After attaching the first disc to the wall, I sucked on it to easily adjust the other disc to the desired length. I will buy another one for the towel. I also use a good thick towel and there have been no slips. I only write reviews for products I love, so rest assured that no matter what negative reviews you see, this product is amazing. Must buy.
