Review on IdeaFox by Kevin Hawkins

It has been very easy to use from an administrative point-of view as well as for our users who are not technical savvy at all! The ideafox team have really gone out there way with making sure we find what was needed without any problems or concerns along the line - I cannot think off anything but it's fantastic so far!! Nothing negative about this product yet because everything works perfectly fine right now. We started using this tool almost 2 months ago during implementation phase and since then nothing much happened other than minor issues here &there (which were sorted immediately). Our main focus area lies within user experience enhancement / UX design aspect which could be further enhanced by adding more features such us social media integration etc.,.
