The customer support team are extremely responsive to our questions or issues that arise during implementation of decision cloud into my organisation's system! Some features can be more intuitively implemented but this isn't really something we have had any problems with as yet - although it would definitely help if there were some videos/tutorials available online which could walk you through how things work rather than just reading documentation (which sometimes fails).
I'm not sure what other benefits i am looking at here? It has been very easy so far using DC from Salesforce compared against another SaaS product where they didn’tsupport integration between their products was also problematic when integrating data across different platforms within one business unit / org etc..
