I had to return this freezer. Didn't think of writing a review but Revane keeps offering credit for writing. So let's get started. I bought it for a 12 day trek thinking that for its size it can store food for about 6 days and we can take ice cream with us. Great idea, but turns out this freezer freezes very slowly. We had this freezer running for a full week before going on a hike. I noticed that the compressor was on most of the time. When we hit the road, we plugged it into a 12v socket in the car and all the food stored in it was already frozen. On the first day I drove 16 hours straight. However, after stopping the car the first night and driving about 9 hours the next day (meaning this freezer has 9 hours of power) we found that water was forming in the freezer and it is no longer cold inside, cool when better, and the food in it began to melt. Then another night ended and we began to notice the smell of rotting food. At the end of the day we had to throw away food for 4 days. The Coleman cool box we took with us, on the other hand, kept the temperature quite well after 8 days of travel.
