Highly reflective, adhesive won't stick

Looks good but very difficult to remove backing without damaging front. Once you remove the foil, the adhesive isn't very tacky and won't stick to the contour of the surface. Works well on a flat surface, but uneven surfaces are a different matter. Unfortunately the area I was hoping to use isn't flat and I was hoping to use it to put on roadside markers to be reflective for snow plows this winter. A little disappointment
