Very good customer service experience

The best thing about working with artdriver is their constant communication, they are always responsive to my questions or concerns - not too pushy at all! They understand that I am an artist myself so there's no need for me constantly asking them how much something will cost etc when it can be put into words easily enough themselves (or if needed by another member of staff). There really isn't anything i dislike as such but sometimes you do have your doubts after communicating via email/phone call many times without any response from someone else within days time e g sending payment details through paypal then having nothing back straight away? Not sure why this happens though because usually things turn out ok eventually anyway!! I like the ease of use, it is very user-friendly and I can find all the information I need in a short period of time. I also like that it is very customizable, I can create my own templates if I need to, and I can also make it very easy to use. I do not like that it is sometimes slow and not very efficient. I also do not like that sometimes I need to wait a long time to complete a task. I use ArtDriver to create forms for our website. It is very easy to use and I can customize it to fit my needs.
